of water everyday to keep your body hydrated and your mouth moist at all times.

increase your sugar intake in the process. Some natural breath fresheners
include mint, parsley, cardamom seeds, cloves and fennel seeds. These are not
only going to keep your mouth fresh but also promote the production of saliva
that is going to dilute the effects of bacteria.
