Attain a Perfect Posture by practicing yoga

Yoga
is an oldest form of exercise, practiced from ancient times. With yoga, you can
aim to improve your posture and get a perfect figure. If you have maintained
sedentary lifestyle for a long time, chances are there you can suffer from
crooked bone structure in the future.
Regular practice of yoga positions will
strengthen body. The bones will respond immediately especially abdomen, thighs
and knees. Here are some yoga positions which can help to shape your body and
make it fit and active.
Strengths Legs
Lie
in a smooth and hard surface. Stretch your body straight with feet and legs
joined together. Put your hands under butt with fingers facing onwards. Slowly
lift the legs and the lower part of the body, make sure the whole body is not
lifted. Hold this pose for ten to fifteen seconds as you breathe and release. Do
it all over again.
Next,
lie in the same position. This time, lift the upper part of the body, head and
chest with the legs. Just make sure the shoulders are down and the pelvis and
thighs not leave the yoga mat. Repeat the yoga form in the same way as the
previous one.
Strengths Abs
For
this yoga form, stand on feet on a level surface with legs stretched apart.
Hold arms directly ahead with the palm looking downwards. Stand high on your heels and squat as if you are going to sit. Centre
weight your heels and make sure to not bring the hips to the level of the knees.
Do this yoga form for few seconds and go back to the standing position and
release arms. Continue doing.
Strengths Back
Recline
on your back on a flat and smooth surface. As you breathe, drag your knees
towards chest while keeping the left leg straight on the ground. Rear the
shoulders and neck into the ground at the same time as you firmly hold the
knees. Remain in this form for some seconds and then change side.
