Selected participants will receive monthly payments through upfront methods which they can be invested further in better medical services. 

Accountable care organizations regulation has not been too stringent and there is much receptiveness of the participant health care providers into this model. The Accountable Care Organization has been launched in 2012 and there have been a lot of applicants to take up this model as it also benefits the patients, the service providers and the doctors.
