It is important to have a warm up session each day for 10-20 minutes before starting the workout plan. It might consist of running, jogging, or cycling the main purpose of which is to energize the body muscles.
On the first day start with bicep workout, which will comprise of bicep curls, incline bicep curls and preacher curls. After that go for triceps workout such as lying barbell extensions, triceps presses, and double bar triceps dips.
Keep the second day for chest and shoulder workout. Day three can be for back and leg workout. Carry out these exercises 3 times with 10-12 intense repetition for each. Beginners should follow these on a regular basis. Gradually the intensity of the exercise increases with the advancing levels.
